Realis is a 24/7 AI-powered assistant designed to help real estate agents with tasks such as:

  • Providing information (forms, agreements, MLS listings, calculators, checklists, glossaries).

  • Sending reminders, follow-ups, and emails.

  • Delivering daily news, weekly podcasts, research, and video presentations.

  • Offering market statistics, legislation updates, and other real estate insights.
    The Service is accessible primarily through WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Realis.

  • You must be a licensed real estate professional or use Realis for professional business purposes.

  • By using the Service, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Use of Service

When using Realis, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes.

  • Not misuse the Service (e.g., spamming, attempting to hack, or sharing false or misleading data).

  • Be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the decisions you make based on Realis outputs.

  • Acknowledge that Realis provides assistance and insights but does not replace your own professional judgment or legal obligations.

4. WhatsApp Integration

  • Realis operates within WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • We are not responsible for WhatsApp outages, data practices, or security issues on their platform.

5. Payment and Subscription

  • Access to Realis may require a paid subscription after any trial period.

  • Subscription terms, fees, and renewal policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, software, and branding associated with Realis are owned by us or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • Realis provides information “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data (including MLS information, news, or statistics).

  • Realis does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Realis if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Realis means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
